What determines the cost of our cleaning service?
The cleaning price depends on the following factors:

Is it possible to sign a contract for regular cleaning? Will there be a discount?
Yes, you can sign an agreement with us, and we will offer you a discount as a regular customer.

What is not included in the cleaning price?
The cleaning price does not include ceilings, blinds, and walls. We also do not move heavy furniture.
Why will my initial clean be more expensive than my other regularly scheduled services?
Over the years, we’ve found that the first cleaning brings a home up to a specific standard, and we are committed to maintaining that standard. That’s why the initial cleaning may take longer and cost a bit more than your regular services. We need the extra time to properly begin eliminating mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home.
What if I have pets?
Pets are part of the family, and we clean up after them too! During service, we recommend keeping your pet in a place where they’ll feel comfortable. Not all of our furry friends enjoy the sound of vacuums or the presence of unfamiliar people. Let us know in advance how you'd like to handle your pet to ensure they stay safe and happy.
If your employee breaks something, who is responsible?
We are a family team, and we strive to provide professional cleaning services. We can assure you that such situations are highly unlikely. However, if this does happen, we guarantee compensation for any damage caused by our team.
Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.
If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.
Do I have to be home during the visit?
No, you don’t need to be home, although you’re always welcome to be! Many of our customers are not present during cleaning visits and provide us with a key to their home or business, along with alarm codes when necessary. We always keep your keys and access information highly secure.
When will I be charged?
When you book online or by phone, we’ll ask for your preferred payment method (card or check). However, you will not be charged until your cleaning service is complete.
